  1. Next KBA approvals: Audi can recall further  diesel models in Germany

    Starting tomorrow, AUDI AG will recall approximately 64,000 further vehicles with V-TDI engines into the workshops. Following the approval of Germany’s Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA), half of the eight recalls for cars with V-TDI engines will now be implemented. This corresponds to about two thirds of the approximately 151,000 vehicles in Germany covered by the Euro 6 emissions standard.

  3. Audi gives starting signal for production in Algeria

    AUDI AG and the longstanding Audi importer SOVAC S.P.A. have today opened the assembly of three models in Algeria. As of now, the Audi A3 Sportback, the A3 Sedan and the Audi Q2 will drive off the assembly line in Relizane, the capital of the province of the same name. Production is initially planned for an annual capacity of approximately 3,000 cars of the Audi brand. The SOVAC Production S.P.A. Algerie plant has been producing Volkswagen Group automobiles since 2017.

  4. Journalists test drive the Audi e-tron in Abu Dhabi

    On September 17, Audi presented its first all-electric series-production model to the world public. In Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates, journalists are now getting behind the steering wheel of the Audi e-tron and experiencing the full-size SUV on test drives. Their route is taking them from Masdar City, one of the world’s most sustainable urban communities, and then up the second highest mountain in the United Arab Emirates.

  7. Audi decides on investment program for realignment

    The Audi Group is accelerating its realignment with high investments in future-oriented topics. From 2019 until the end of 2023 alone, the company plans advance expenditure of approximately €14 billion in electric mobility, digitalization and autonomous driving. This includes investments in property, plant and equipment as well as research and development expenditure. Overall, the company’s total projected expenditure for the planning period of the next five years amounts to about €40 billion.

  10. The journey begins: Audi starts Formula E world tour

    The countdown is on: In 16 days’ time, ABB FIA Formula E Championship will start its new season. Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler, with its drivers Daniel Abt and Lucas di Grassi, is entering the race as the title defender. Now, the two all-electric Audi e-tron FE05 cars embarked on their tour around the world that will take them across five continents and eleven countries covering a total distance of more than 70,000 kilometers.
